Athletics Day

L.I:To do athletics day.
On Wesenday we did athletics day.We went onto
a bus and went to pakuranga fields to do athletics
over.My event was softball throw.I had to wait
for a long time until softball throw starts because softball
throw start's a 12:25.When it was sprinting it was cool because
everybody cheering for the race because our school was racing and we always
have to support eachother.Everybody was cheering so loud.It was time for the softball throw.
We did a few tries and we stopped for 1'st 2nd 3rd.I was 2nd.That's still good.Last year
I was 1st place.

Athlectics Day

L.I:To have fun on athlectics day.
This week PBS did athlectics day.Group A went together and group B were together.We played activites and it was fun.There was four teams.It was yellow,blue,red and green.I was team
yellow.The first activity was called dance party.Songs were playing on and we were dancing
hard out.The next activity was called egg and spoon race.We had to zig zag around the cones
go around a chair and stay on one leg for three seconds then after do it again but backwards.Then
we did discuss throw.We had beanbags instead.Who ever had the most beanbags in the net wins
the activity.My team was starting first and had 10 in the net and also we were versed red.Red won
by 12 points.After that we played rob the nest.Each team had one tagger.People were getting tag
and everyone tried to get the balls.The team who won was us.The game after that was long jump.For
that game our cone was the furthrest.We won the game.Then we did sponge relay.The team who
filled there bucket up higher was green team.Later on when the horn horned for the end we went on
for softball throw.The team who won was us we threw further than everyone.We went past the bucket.
It was epic us.When we finished softball throw we went onto hulahoop throw.The cone was 1 point the wicket was 2 points and the long stick was 5 points.Who won was us I think.Finally and lastly it was
life savers.Then after that that was all.

Martin Luther King Jr (Inquiry)

L.I:To research about the protester you picked.
This week for inquiry we learned about inquiry.
We learned about nonvolient protesters.We had to pick
protesters that nonvolient protesters.The protester we 
picked was called Martin Luther King Jr.He is a nonvolient
protester.We had to write about him and how he came a activist.
We had to make a slide and notes about him and the pholiphsy.
So we had to write the biography and the pholiphsy that's what we have to 
do for inquiry.We also had to do is write a fun fact.
It is a quiz.You do it to make people choose the correct
question.

Find,Draw,Animate,Act(Reading)

 L.I:To learn a whole bunch of words.
This week for reading we have been learning about
words that we didn't know.For reading
we had to find a word that you don't know and search
it up and find the meaning of.We had to find,draw,animate or act.
We had to do verbs,adjetives,nouns and adverbs.We had to get into
a groups to do it.We had to put the words in order so it can be more easier.
Of it's a verb do act we had to make sure it was right.These words we can use
to tell other people the meaning and to use it in writing or something.Also reading
is about knowledge.

Plot Diagram (Conflict)

L.I:To understand conflcit and resoulation in a fiction text.
L.I:To understand plot summary.
This week for writing we watched a movie and learned about it.
We had to go this plot diagram to write our conflcit and resoulation.
Also we had to write about the conflict that happened and how to make
a change with the conflict.We had to do it in order.One's for Who-vile
and one's for Horton.Horton was chrarcter vs chrarcter and Chrarcter vs self
and Who-vile's is chrarcter vs society and chrarcter vs nature.Those are the orders
that we had to write.We had to get three slides.Two conflicts slide and one is for
Horton and one is for Who-vile.In our conflict we had to make a conflcit with the
elements.When you have finished the conflcit part you go on your other text box
and make a plan about how to change the conflict.

Boxing

L.I:To combine all our combo's.
This term we have been learning about boxing.It is a last
week to do our boxing so we have to learn all our combo's.
The first thing we had to is get into partners to do it.The
first combo was that we had to do jab cross and count up to
ten.When you have finshed counting to ten you go to 20 go
30 keeping on counting up until you get to 50 or more than 50.
We had a try and it was retiring because my partner was slowing
down.Also you have to do 1 burby when you have finished counting
up.The next combo was that we had to do was we had to do was
jab, cross, guard, right upercut and left hook.Also we had to try this
with noodles.It was really confusing because you have to remeber
the correct way.After that we did jab, jab, cross , bridge out,
bridge in, cross.It was also confusing.The last one we did was
jab, cross, left hook, roll, left hook.Then when that was finished
we took a team photo and had high fives.Also we did was combine
our skills that we did before to make a great combo.

Place Values

L.I:To dentify the values of indivadaul numarals.
This week for maths we have been learning about
place values and numerals.We had this google document
about place value.Also we had to learn about numerals.
In the documetns there was a place value abacus and
we had numbers on the side of it.There was eleven
number each for the place value abacus.The next thing
we needed to do is write the HT's, TT's, Thousands, Hundreds, tens and one's to see which number
is which.Also the last one we had to do is the numrals.The question were how many groups of 100 in the hole number and how many groups of 10 in the hole number.It's a tricky question.So look at the
100's and see what's in the 100's and put it in the question box.The 2nd question you grab the 100's
and tens and put it together and then you have the answer.Maths is really cool.
