Basic Facts Boxes

I did basic facts boxes. This is for maths because you can get better
and also you can get faster. We have to time ourselves when we are doing
this. I am doing speed demon up to 10. I am trying to beat my other time.

The book I was reading for 15 minutes is Diary Of A Rugby Champ.
We had to answer some questions and write down some facts.

Explorers and Adventures

LI: What is an exploration/.;/.

Explorers and Adventures are people wo travel and discover new things.

Explorers are people who travel to find new things and record them 
for the community such as Sir David Attenborough , Neil Armstrong, Moana , Dora , Kupe , Amelia Earhart , Nobu Shirase , Robert Ballard , David Livingstone and others.

Adventures are peole who travel to take part in something for themselves such as Sir Peter Blake , Sir Edmund Hillary , Jean Batten, Ferdinand Magellan , Capatain James Cook , Bear Grylls and others.

Explorers and Adventures need to have or show many different attitudes and attributes such as being creative is good because It’s important to be creative cause it’s showing people what you are doing.

Simple Sentences

LI: To write meaningful and interesting simple sentences.
A simple is one idea. An idea is one action performed by one actor.

A simple sentence can be made by following steps that consider the actor,
action and descriptions.

Simple sentences have one idea but don't need to be short.

Thinkboard

The task we did for maths is thinkboard.
Firstly we did a rotation before we did the task. In one of the rotation we
did shapes. We had to research the meaning of the shape.

The real task was thinkboards. We had to write a story problem about 75 + 4.
After that we had try and solve the equation. But first we had to practise.I did a number line to solve this problem. Lastly we had to explain how we solved it.

Keywords

Keywords are words that help to reearch specific information about a chosen topic.
They can also give appropriate information to young learners.

Keywords are for narrowing down the information gained by an internet search.

Keywords can be used to find information that is understandable and readable by children.

Keywords are useful tools that should be used in every search.

Legal & illegal images

A legal is an image that can be used with permission by law.

Image creators give legal permission to use their images by adding
a sharing license.

It is important to use legal images to help creators, and so we don't get in trouble.

When you get a photo make sure have permission and make sure it is free to use.
Also make sure you credit the creator.
