L.I: To read for meaning and understanding.
Our challenge today was to complete a reading comprehension about the history of Manga to show that we are reading for meaning and understanding. Our final challenge in this activity was to create a DLO to share the information we found out.
A fact I found interesting was that Manga in Japanese simply means comic and that Manga is drawn and written by a Mangaka.

ReplyDeleteI love the presentation of your DLO. I also found it interesting that manga is read from right to left. I also think it is fascinating that although it originated in the 12 century it still has such a huge popularity around the world today.
