Kiwican

LI:To give things a go and communicate positively.

We learned about how to give things a go. First we got into our groups.
There was cones sacartterted around on the floor. One team had to flip the cone
the right way and the other team had to flip it upside down. The other team and they
got the point.

We had to do the catchphrase and the actions. We also had to say what you think about what
positive communication is. The last activity we did was street fighter. When the kiwican leader
said a number we had to do a action.

It was a fujn game and the other team won a game.I love kiwican.We also had to make sure we
gave it a go.

Rippa Rugby

LI: To learn and play rippa rugby.
We went to Marist rugby fields to play some rippa rugby. I like rugby it is my favourite sport. I like to play to play dfferent types of rugby. There was Marist people to coach us. There were different people teaching different groups. We warmed up to get our blood flowing. The did a drill and it was all about running. If he said north or west or east or south we had to run. That is good for our legs.

The next drill was passing. We had to pass to the person and call there name our when you pass or when they are going to pass to you. After that we played a game of octopus. I was the last person but I didn't survive. After that exhausting drills and game we played a game of rippa. It was green vs red. We didn't know he won but it was still fun playing.

We are maybe going to verse St Patricks.

Badge | Good Things

There was badges and we had to bid for one by persuading your
group to pick you for a badge.You can talk about some work you have or
talk about something that you have done well somewhere else.

The good thing I did was helping my parents and grandparents clean
up the whole house.I feel like they needed help because they been
doing things for me so I why can I help them out.

Basic Facts Boxes

LI:To learn our basic facts and take the challenges.

Basic facts boxes helps us with our maths.There was challenges and we had

to pick a challenge.I did speed demon up to five and next time I will do speed demon

up to 10 and 20.We had to do a timer and my time was 2:59.
