L.I:To learn how to understand emotions.
Our energiser is called body emotions.We were doing like exercises.
To start we just had to high five 10 people.When we have finshed doing
that we next do twenty-five (25) star jumps.After that we do a plank.We had
to hold for 10 seconds,30 seconds and 1 minute.It was difficult holding that
position.
We also talked aboujt how we felt when we did
that position.
Our activity is called emotion chrades.We get put into
groups.We get a piece of paper from Mrs Mac.What it says
we have to try and act it out.The other groups have to guess
our emotion and place.
I love acting when doing it shows being confident.
