Swimming

L.I:To learn water safety.

I was in James group for water safety lessons.First we started doing
streamlines.To do streamlines your hands are together and just
kick your way to the other platform.Next we did arm circles.
To do it make your arm like circles and while doing that swing your
arms up and down,kick your way to the platform.Then we did bounce and
breathe.We went to the deep side.When we go in we have to go in and then
bounce back out,keeping doing that until you get to the platform.


Afterthat we did endurance swimming.Your amrs are straight and swing
arms up and down wshile kicking to the platform.Lastly we did dolphin kick.
We put our arm to the side of our body and swim like a dolphin.
