Kiwisport-Gymnastics

L.I:To explore our Gymnastics skills.

Warm Up
We did stretches to make sure we were flixible and wouldn't
injur ourselves.We did shapes for our stretch.
The type of shape stretches were:

  1. L Shape Stradelle-The L shape is sitting down puting your leg straight in front of you and hands high up in the air.
  2. Butterfly wing stretch-Butterfly wing stretch is puting your knee out then puting your feet together and flap your legs up and down.
  3. Tuck-Tuck is tucking your legs in and opening your legs wide so your knee is away from the other knee.
  4. Back/Front/Side Support- Front support is making a push up postition and making your back straight.Back support is making your back face the floor and your legs straight.Also your hands facing your feet.Side support is puting one hand on the floor and going on the side and one hand in the air.
There was three stations.The there stations were
  1. Support
  2. Balance
  3. Roll-Balance
I did balance and I had to do cartwheels.
