10 things to take

We are doing three summer learning journey task today.The first activity
is about 10 snacks to take on a boat that won't get bad.We also have to write down why should you bring it and how much you are taking on the boat.The most important is water.The salt water surrounding you can take water away from your body so that why its important to keep hydrated.  Another one you could take is packaged cookies.

    This year I am so excited that I get to read over the Manaiakalani blogs, especially because I had the pleasure of visiting your school over the past few weeks where you might have known me as Mr F! I am really looking forward to summer, aren't you? In my spare time I like spending time with my family and hanging out with my friends. I also love to exercise and write songs in my spare time. I see that one of your favourite movies are Harry Potter. Which one is your favourite? I really enjoyed Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows!

    Well done on completing your first activity for the Summer learning journey. I think you picked a great list of food items, my favourite is corn beef. What's yours? I thought you were really clever in including canned foods because they last long right! By adding some bright colours or a few pictures of the food items to your blog post I think it would really catch people’s attention.

  3. Hello Spelman! I hope that you are enjoying the Summer Learning Journey, and are proud of this strong start to the activities. I like how you provide information for EACH food item, and why you would take them on your voyage. Each one is very thoughtful, being something that can be easily stored, eaten, or made. I like your list of canned foods specifically! Mmm, canned peaches sound delicious right now. What three main items out of your list would be a MUST to take? Great job!
