Swimming Lessons

For our second session for swimming, we learned new skills. First skill I practised was freestyle. I had put my body flat, then move my arms in and out of the water, also kicking my feet. We did that two times to get us ready.

The next skill I practised was streamline with the kickboard. I put my hands straight up with the kickboard, then I kicked my way to the other side. This was a warm up.

The third skill I practised was backstroke with the kickboard. I lay on my back and then put the board above your knee's, we went back and fourth.

The fourth skill I practised was backstroke streamline. I lay on my back and put my hands straight up together. The last skill I did was submerging. I had to swim under water and go swim through the hoop.

I enjoyed practising swimming and I swam better today.
