Risk Assesment

To start off we recapped what on hazards and risks, and what the five potential risks are. For this week my group made a safety plan for the game octopus.

To start off the safety we wrote down the class level, number of helpers, the location, and the number of students playing. After that we had answer four questions.

The question were: what the could go wrong?, what could cause it to go wrong?, how we could prevent it, and whose responsibility. We also did a emergency plan. A emergency plan is a solution for a serious situation.

This activty I really enjoyed and this is good for when doing sport events.
